Pam was very helpful in selecting the appropriate pendant for the purpose of passing it on to meaningful people in my life. She used the diamond to place in a perfect spot on one pendant. Pam is considerate of the pieces of jewellery one must release and helpful into creating a piece to enjoy more. She listens and cares. My wifes wedding band diamond came loose and a colleague suggested going here and It was a great decision. I stopped in yesterday afternoon and picked up today and the cost was significantly more reasonable then other quotes we had received. Will be a returning customer
