The folks at Hagemann Jewellers go above and beyond with customer service. Twice in the last couple of months they've assisted us with watch repairs and link re-sizing and they were so accommodating. Highly recommend them!
Not recommended for selling gold pieces. This jeweler provided the lowest offer out of all gold buyers in both the Okanagan Valley and quotes from West coast buyers, acting like it wasn't worth any more than their offer. I received an additional $60 extra for just One of my pieces at a gold buyer in Kelowna
When my old cars immobilizer became armed, I found an old remote for it. They cleaned up the corroded electronics and changed the battery (not a normal sized one). It works perfectly! Good value for the price paid.
quickest, kindest jeweller in the west! I came in with my favorite gold, opal necklace. i’ve been dreading to get fixed. the chain had broken. when i arrived my chain was tangled and I thought it would take weeks to repair. ive been to other jewellers in the past with the same issue; no one comes close to being as quick as her. SHE UNTANGLED & REPAIRED within 10mins and had me out the door with the biggest smile on my face!!! i highly recommend if your in the area and need a jewelry item fixed. thank you
