Recently I approached Pam the On site goldsmith with a dilemma I had which was: I had various pieces of jewelry that I wasn't wearing and could we design a ring for me. We tried on various rings then picked out stones which could possibly work. The whole process was painless. Pam was knowledgeable and her customer service beyond compare. Her workmanship is exquisite. I would highly recommend anyone that has the same dilemma to approach her, guaranteed you won't be disappointed. I absolutely love my ring!

This store is a hidden gem. I ordered three matching seiko watches and the customer service was the best I have experienced. I will be visiting this store more often.

My wife accidentally pulled the setting pin too far out on her new watch. We were on vacation and Hagemann repaired it the same day. He went above and beyond with his service surpassing my expectations. What a gentleman!
