Excellent experience here with a recent purchase from beginning to end with one unfortunate exception. Tonya. Is Toyna necessary? She simply does not fit into the theme of the polite and competent service that is actively demonstrated by everyone else who works here, shops here, or that you happen to pass by as you return to you car to carry on with your day. All these folks get it. Common sense respect and appropiate public demenor. Then there is Tonya. If I had a tumor I would name it Tonya.
