Mark Hagarty is a straightforward and honest mechanic. I’ve been to the shop twice now for an inspection service to track down intermittent noises and vibrations. In both instances none of the diagnostic procedures signalled that anything was wrong, and he was very detailed in his explanations of his test drive findings and what was found or not found when the car was in the hoist. I have been a long time loyal customer of Mark. He always gives the estimates before doing the work so you are informed about the specific work needed to be done and why it’s necessary.
