We paid half the cost of painting our house, almost $5,000, as requested before doing anything. He was supposed to have our house painted the end of May beginning of June. Many no shows and no calls. He Kept promising he'd be here the following Monday. He asked for another chance, which we gave him. He did show up leaving his helper to start scraping.
