If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for a drain that needed snaked. When the men arrived, I explained the issue, that we had before and showed the point where the issue was. I was immediately treated like I was an idiot "that's not how this works" I was told. After coming back a second time, the next day, they finally did what I had suggested the first time. Pinhole leaks in a copper pipe can cause more damage than we might realize. We needed after-hours service (Saturday night). Joe arrived punctually, quickly assessing the issue and immediately working to replace and repair the problem. Very professional and personable. Reasonable cost for after hours and well worth it. Hope we never need services like this again but if we do, we'll call Hagan.
We didn’t have any hot water cuz of a flood in the basement. Technician came at 8am was here 15 minutes and he said, pilot light is lit and you’ll have hot water in about 2 hours!! I told him he made my day!! Very reasonable priced!! Would 100% recommend!!
