I think we got taken. My sister-in-law hired Hagan to repair a furnace flue cap. The bill listed $110 in parts and $660 for labor. Details listed "repaired flashing, replaced chimney cap and sealed". Two guys were there for two hours. Take a look at before and after picture. I can't see $660 in labor. Drive time to this site is only 40 minutes.
I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Fixed my dinosaur oil furnace in same day when others couldn't. Best of the best.
