I called Hagan Hamilton McMinnville office 2 weeks ago for information on my account and I have not received any information, email or phone call. Now when I call I get...'All agents are busy. You will be directed to an operator for an alternative location.' 'I have no way to connect you. I can have them call you.' That is not customer service
I was able to get a cheaper car insurance rate with Sarah!
They simply did not listen to what we needed and asked for. I moved all of our insurance needs to a different insurance broker. The new broker brings creative solutions to cover the business and reduce risks. I wish HH would have stepped out of their box.

You can brag about being in business for the last 124 years and have 5 star reviews, but two of your agents have failed to provide me with health insurance quotes as well as other insurance quotes. If I had Esmeralda and Dawn working for me, they'd be fired for not getting a new customer the information that was requested.
