One of the worst marinas I've been to in terms service. If something needs fixed it will take 3 to4 years and then you have to make. Scene. They way expensive for what you get. Wood nails docks instead of concrete. No electrical pedestals with switches. And everybody with cords laying in the water and they don't care. No escape swim ladders. I watched a woman damn near drown because she couldn't get out of the water. All this for 4800. The coast 3400 other area lakes 1200 to 2800.
If I could give the Blackwell island marina a ZERO star I would . Rented a slip here for the season but due to boat issues decided to refund half of the season . Called and talked to MICHELLE and she said get my boat out of the water within a week and I will get a percentage of my money back and that the waiting list is 200+ and it will not be a problem filling my slip .
