This whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. I was passed around to multiple employees, given deadlines that weren’t met, forgotten about, handed off, mistakes were made, just an absolute nightmare. Would not recommend.
They do not return phone calls for new clients unfortunately.
Update 11/7/24: I cannot update their rating because the Missouri office has not called me back. I don't even want their services anymore. If a company doesn't care about harassment, then I don't want to do business with them. I’d love to update this rating after one of their employees returns a phone call within the timeframe that they promised and they actually provide their service.
Scott is efficient, extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I highly recommend his services.
We’ve worked with Scott and team for over 10 years, and they have done an excellent job preparing our taxes in conjunction with our LLC and other income streams.
