The owner is possibly the rudest, arrogant owner of any business we’ve come across. Whinged and whined about doing a blue slip, swore repeatedly, smoked cigarettes in and around the workshop and while in our car. We’d booked in for 8am only to be told we’d have to wait over an hour as the receptionist “forgot” to log it (so he said) We will NEVER return there, count on that
Positives: Did the job as expected Seemed to use good quality parts Negatives: Refused to give price beforehand when calling and following up, which seemed a bit of a red flag Price seems too high for oil and filter change -$379 Oil filters are generally not over $70 Didn’t stamp logbook without asking but may not have been able to find it Did not reset service indicator and had to go back and ask Overall Would not return due to pricing and lack of due diligence but I imagine their work is good seemed like a good workshop
