Today we were on the road when suddenly the engine check light came on. We went to Hag Mechanic, and they not only found the issue quickly, but also fixed it in less than an hour! The team was very efficient, helpful, and professional. I would definitely come back if I ever have any car issues again. Highly recommended!
The team at HAG engineering are amazing and I highly recommend their services!! I was on a road trip when I had some mechanical faults and was stranded in town. They could tell I was in a sticky situation so they prioritised the work on my vehicle so that I could get back on the road. My interactions with the team were brilliant and I could tell they knew their stuff. I believe they acted with honestly and integrity and the price came out being a lot lower than I had expected! 10/10 Would recommend
My experience at HAG Engineering was the worst I’ve had in all my time as a German living in Australia. I would strongly advise against visiting this repair shop, especially if you’re not a local. We went there to get the Blue Slip for our campervan (VW Crafter, 2015). There were a few minor issues with the Blue Slip, but this was followed by an ordeal that left the van in worse shape than when we dropped it off. HAG Engineering went absolutely above and beyond for us today!! On our way home from Brooms Head back to Caloundra, we had a split fuel line and the team at HAG did everything they could to get us back on the road. It was so great to meet Em and the team. Thankyou so much!!
The owner is possibly the rudest, arrogant owner of any business we’ve come across. Whinged and whined about doing a blue slip, swore repeatedly, smoked cigarettes in and around the workshop and while in our car. We’d booked in for 8am only to be told we’d have to wait over an hour as the receptionist “forgot” to log it (so he said) We will NEVER return there, count on that
