Not helpful and doesn't understand my disability and made no attempt to understand it. Became angry with me when I said things she "didn't like." I will not see her again.
Dr. Mahmood has been very helpful through extremely difficult times. Psychiatrists have emotionally taxing jobs, dealing with distressed people on a regular basis. She has been kind, patient, caring, and very responsive and connected throughout my process... even when I was, at times, almost confrontational with her. Doctor Mahmood has helped me tremendously. She has been patient, understanding &, she's helped in referring me to other physicians that I needed to see. She has even had her staff to do a phone check with me. I especially like the tele-visits since it is extra difficult for me to get out & about. I highly recommend Doctor Mahmoud
