I had good results the first time about 6 years ago. They made some custom metal bands for me. Fast forward to now. I called and they said come on in. I brought everything in and he said OK, never gave me a day or a price. I called in a few days later to inquire about an estimated completion: "I cant get to it until next week". I wait till Friday the next week and call: " He is not here, I will have him call you back" 10am, no call back.
