After a brief conversation with his office, it was apparent they had no understanding of what a Physiatrist does or how provide the necessary care for rehabilitation from a TBI.
Dr Hafner is the absolute best physiatrist my daughter has seen in the 9 years since her brain injury. He is 100% present, extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to really problem solve and come up with good options. I simply could not be happier with him or his staff. If you need a physiatrist, look no further, he is amazing!
I had a spinal cord injury 50 years ago, fully recovered, practiced law for over 30 years and have since retired. However, I am now having puzzling and serious issues that are not understood yet. Been to many doctors and Dr Hafner is the kind of doctor anyone would want in terms of his knowledge, and the time devoted to listening to history - he is 100% present. Additionally, he analyzes information quickly and is succinct in developing and implementing a plan of action. Plus, he is kind too. Don't bother looking elsewhere.
