Indeed, unacceptable and unbelievable! Spots all over the place can I see through the windshield due to the salty water that’s dried in my car looks worse than before the “wash”
Absolutely unacceptable. $20 for the platinum wash and my car came out with dark muddy streaks all over it. I asked for a refund and they obliged; she informed me they use recycled water, which I understand is typical ...but it's winter, so it seems to be salty, sandy unfiltered water that was being pelted at high pressure at my vehicle.... I am still fuming days later thinking my new car was technically sand blasted. I have a few chips in the front and while I can't prove it was from them, I am definitely suspicious.
