Have gone to use the self service car wash three or four times so far this year, and every time I go, they’re out of service.
Useless..... 3 weeks in a row cant get a car wash unless u pay 20+ dollars self serve hasn't been able to make change for almost a month. The guy in the booth acts like an entitles child and doesn't have change ever. Lost another customer thats been going here for years im tired of the laziness.
I did a $20 wash and it was great, my car looked so good!
I am very disappointed with customer service. I sent two emails regarding an issue with poor signage which resulted in loss of money. I wrote to customer service twice and received emails back informing me that someone would reach out in a day or two. No one reached out. Not the right thing to do to a customer for many years. I will be taking my car wash business elsewhere.
