Contacted customer service multiple times regarding an issue with a worker at their North Andover location with no call back in over a week. Worker states he’s the manager, got in my face swearing, yelling being disrespectful, and took photos of me & wouldn’t delete. The male who states he was a manger was not in uniform, no name tag and wearing sweatpants and t shirt. Maybe they should pay attention to their reviews and call customers back!
Terrible experience. bearded short Hispanic car wash worker Miguel or something who works there smelled has like alcohol countless times and was incredibly disrespectful to me and my family in the car. i will be taking my business elsewhere i encourage everyone else to do the same.
