Absolutely terrible company. I've been using them for 5 years and recently had been ASKED to upgrade my propane tanks to quadruple the size which I had no interest in doing. Come to find out because I didn't want a tank swap, without telling me they put me on the do not fill list even though im on automatic and with a new born baby at home I think thats Absolutely disgusting and psychotic and refuse to use this company any more.
We have been 20 plus year customer, first it was Putnum fuel in Goffstown, NH then it was bought by Haffner's. Today they tell me they will no longer service my boiler because I do not purchase oil from them. The service rep says they have had this "policy" in affect fro 3 years, but they continued to service our furnace. No where on their website or paperwork from them says this policy.Terrible customer service, oil delivery and maintenance are two different things. Extremely poor management,
I have used Haffners for many years … always great service .. Chris , one of the managers went above and beyond to help out .. great customer service
I had some techs come down to diagnose a smell issue. Which was caused by some build up in the burner, they added a flex line to make it easier to open the access door. A week later I was in the basement and noticed oil leaking from the connection point and called. They sent a tech and the tech replaced the flex line. Another week later I noticed it was now leaking from both ends of the flex line and called again. Again a tech came and replaced the line. Low and behold it was leaking again.
