We are not sure what happened to Haffners this year. We have used them since 2020 and for whatever reason the oil delivery drivers have started to give attitude, today the driver just turned up and left without delivering the oil. Today the driver turned up at 7.30am before the household cars left for work . No call to say please move the cars early, no ring on the bell. Just pulled in saw cars in driveway and left! We are new to Haffner's. We have been with the same company for 23 years. We decided to switch to Haffner's because our son loves them. Our initial price was $2.50 less per gallon. Our second delivery was more but it did eat $1.00 into what we were saving. We understand the winter cost increases. We didn't agree to sign for a lower set price because I was told I'd be locked in for a year at our price. Something went wrong. Had a problem with my boiler today. Haffner's sent a tech (Joseph L) out within an hour of my call. He diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and monitored the system for about 15 minutes to make sure everything was working properly. He also explained what went wrong and what else to look out for next time. 5/5 would recommend!
