Haffner's recently came out to remove and install a new furnace, and the entire experience was outstanding. Every member of their team was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even moved our install up out of concern that my family might be cold as the fall weather set in—a true sign that they care about their customers. It’s rare to find a company that takes such pride in both their work and their service. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Our community is very grateful to be working with Rick Winter’s. Rick is a hard working employee, values his customers and is a man of his word…he is truly top notch! The Still Meadow Village community in Groton, MA. would like to give Rick Winter’s, the delivery drivers, service technicians and customer service reps five stars for their exceptional service. We have been extremely happy since changing to Haffner’s two years ago as our propane provider and hope to do business with Rick and Haffner’s for many years to come.
We are not sure what happened to Haffners this year. We have used them since 2020 and for whatever reason the oil delivery drivers have started to give attitude, today the driver just turned up and left without delivering the oil. Today the driver turned up at 7.30am before the household cars left for work . No call to say please move the cars early, no ring on the bell. Just pulled in saw cars in driveway and left!
