I had some techs come down to diagnose a smell issue. Which was caused by some build up in the burner, they added a flex line to make it easier to open the access door. A week later I was in the basement and noticed oil leaking from the connection point and called. They sent a tech and the tech replaced the flex line. Another week later I noticed it was now leaking from both ends of the flex line and called again. Again a tech came and replaced the line. Low and behold it was leaking again. I switched to haffners after being a 40 year customer of another company. Haffners cares about their customers and their customer service is outstanding. They never make me wait days for a delivery even in the worst weather and they make the process easy. I urge anyone reading this to switch to Haffners for a high quality, customer first experience!
They don’t even deserve a star! Worst company to have. Refused to deliver propane in the coldest weather despite having a clear path to the tanks, which they claimed there was not. Then they want to charge me another $150 to come back the same day. “If they are able to” insane, it already takes them DAYS to deliver after placing the order online. They are not a BBB accredited business for a reason, yet have been in business forever. Not sure how.
