If I could do 2.5 stars I think that would be about right. Haffner promised me name brand equipment. Instead of name brand equipment they promised, I was given off brand equipment. Part of their deal is to provide a large TV to perform consultations and report of findings. They said it was going to be a Vizio and it is a crappy SOYO brand.The installer from Haffner seemed to be in a hurry and left issues unresolved with a lackluster attempt to resolve them.
