Dr. Haffey's blend of gentle kindness, ability to listen calmly and respond in a helpful way, and professional demeanor.
the first thing I noticed is that one has to be able to climb a flight of stairs.. to get .. into his office.... and after awhile ... I realized... I should not have struggled. one can do any number of more life affirming things in the same amount of time. if you are paying out of pocket... even the copay.. I suggest you explore those other options.. or just go buy all of oprah's recommended books.. because that's what he'll tell you to do.
I cannot recommend Dr. Haffey. I believe .. that he ... is paid way too much.. for what he actually does.. I am hard-pressed to report any real benefit.after long term therapy with him he ..repeatedly . suggested ... drugs which I refused and self help books. which made me .. laugh not one to celebrate ...diversity or..blessed eccentricity .. he wants you to find .. your self.. and then change ..... to fit in better with society's standards. he is not interested in your individuation the flourishing of your self. unless of c... read more

i found dr. haffey to be very helpful, very earnest and generous with his time and his help..i would reccomend him wholeheartedly. he may not be the right therapist for you but i think he would refer you elsewhere without a problem. his moral compass is in brilliant condition....
