This is a pharmacy that truly cares about customers! I used their travel clinic service when I had difficulty getting an appointment with the other providers. Navid was very helpful in getting us our appointment and took his time to explain each medication to us and even gave us the opportunity to ask questions. Service was fast too. I ended up also getting some items from the shelf and the products were great!
The pharmacist was very patient with my two kids for covid shots and he tried every way he can to accommodating them to get the shots done. So they both got a candy and the little one even got a special princess bandage. We are really impressed with his kindness and the shots were quick and painless as well.
Hafez Pharmacy is not just an ordinary pharmacy, it's a place, where you will be greeted and served with the highest level of care and attention. Navid, the owner, takes time to answer all your questions and concerns. The pharmacy also carries variety of unique products from different parts of the world. Great experience!
