I had a wonderful experience here. trying to coordinate things with hospice, as well as direct burial out of state. ALL staff were very helpful, professional, and compassionate. they took care of everything, and spent time with me to review all options, as funds were an issue. made for an easier process on me and my family. thank you so much.

I can't begin to describe the level of professionalism and care that Hafemeister took when we had a sudden loss of someone very important to us back in late May of this year, services taking place at the very beginning of June. Coming in from the east coast, we didn't know where to go and with one suggestion, it made all the difference. They did a really good job with my mom's funeral and they make sure we were all comfortable and we were okay and they made sure that we got to the grave in the cemetery if didn't have a way there they will give us a ride there that's how nice they were

Hafemeister's staff helped make one of the hardest days of my life go seamless. They all showed nothing but sincere empathy and respect to our family and friends. We are from out of the state so coordinating I thought would be challenging, but it wasn't. They were available via telephone and email to assist with the planning, they were time efficient and willing to make whatever my requests were available. Forever grateful for the beautiful service that was held for my son.
