James helped my wife and I with two real estate related situations and handled them with precision and efficiency. He promptly sent a demand letter to a builder who had violated our contract, and we were able to get all of our money back from the builder. In need of a different home, James reviewed our contract with a different builder and was able to catch a few errors that would have cost us big time. We are so thankful for James and his expertise, we could not have done it without him!
