Very positive experience at Hadwins. We had an amber engine light appear, on our road trip to Scotland. They were friendly and helpful and the issue was resolved in under 2 hours 🤩
We only called in to have a quick look at one of their cars I’d seen online & walked away the proud owner. This wasn’t because of a high pressure salesman or anything like that. It was because of the relaxed atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff & great choice of quality cars. We dealt mainly with Tom (VW guru) but all the staff we met were as knowledgeable. Frustrating place to take your vehicle for servicing or repair. They proudly tell you that they are booked up for 6 weeks. I had an engine light that was on for 3 months.. 6 weeks to get it in for initial inspection, they then had to order the part and then book it in again for repair. I love my van for work, but would consider a different brand for personal vehicle. Colleague just took his VW van to another garage for brakes as just couldn't bring himself to be told about the 6 week lead time (with a smile). The filtering b... read more
