Was recommended to go to Hadwens as a Lexus preferred repairer for my 2021 LX570. It took over 6 weeks from the accident to when Hadwens could fit the car in to be repaired. Upon completing the repair there was runs in the paint, the front bumper was miss-aligned and the colour match on the bumper was completely different to the rest of the car.
