A truly professional facility , great staff, quality food and as much as you can eat. Have used their services several times over a long period of time and I thank them for never saying no and just felt great support that I have kept trying. I thank you HADS and highly recommend. 5s.
Food was discusting, I was just dosed up all the time and slept mostly. I was only woken to be jabbed and to take medication, did I mention how HOW BAD THE WAS
Disgusting food that you don't have a choice in (one option provided), disgusting shared showers and toilets, and looks like it hasn't been updated since it was opened. Staff treat you as something on their 'to do' list rather than a person - in particular the doctors. Only allowed fresh air once a day - IF they have enough staff to supervise, which they often don't. Topline sessions on triggers etc are basic and you're even told you can fall asleep if you want. Great staff, and they get you clean.
Condescending, unsupportive, far from empathetic, unprofessional, nil explanation of its services, putting down other legitimate substance abuse rehabilitation services on offer at highly reputable institutions and simply not where anyone with legitimate war service mental health concerns should ever engage with. I hope this review deters others from utilising their appalling service. Peace out.
