Love the peace & quiet & owners are very kind & keep up on everything they are very efficient nice place to have a flower garden to enjoy absolutely quiet no drug activity at all all working family's & retired people family owned responsible are great landlords come almost immediatly when you are locked our & need a repair. The best landlords I have ever had& reasonable rent
My little home away from home. Friends I visit regularly. Not the fanciest but, all the amenities you need within a short walking distance. Plus, the beach is right across the street. Absolutely beautiful.
This is a great place to live I have been here over 3 yrs now & the owners & staff are so kind & very efficient about getting repairs done immediately the tenants are good decent people it is kept clean & mowed such a perfect family owned business great friendly family owners & walking distance to stores & busses beautiful beaches all within a couple miles & wooded trails & creeks great friendly town people
