Dont buy here, this place is falling apart. The drains are all backed up and never fixed correctly. The basements are covered in black mold, and if the weather is damp wafts of rotten smell come up. The sewers back up constantly with all the lovely smells associated with that! The piping doest work, and is never fixed correctly, if you have anything on a second floor it wont drain completely ever. The hollow walls are filled with rodents, rats included. Upstairs neighbors are psycho enough to write me a letter saying they make noise on purpose. Police in this town are clueless, they get the cops to bother me every day. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Office manager does not know her job very well.
Quiet, friendly hard working residents. Great location!
