This place is a complete rip-off. They are over charging customers. Got a quote from them for almost $10000. The Fence guy was on time and was professional. Before he left I asked him to give a an estimate based o his experience (since working for Hastie for years). He said based on his experience it would roughly cost about $3000 - $5000. I waited 2 days for his quote. It came out to over $9800. I then called the office and the lady was somewhat rude. Your agawam location has an amazing receptionist. Unfortunately I'm dealing with an employee from your Hadley location. I have to file charges for defamation of character. Harassment, and threats with malicious intent.. Jen was so courteous and said she would make sure he was actually a employee.. Hastie installed my fence in the summer of 2017 and it was great. They finished in great time. Recently, I had some issues with the gates not working because of my yard settling from the different seasons and someone came and fixed them for free. I didn't even have to be there to meet anyone. Their prices are really reasonable.
