After a car accident, I had to have foot surgery, and Dr. Hadfield did an amazing job. Throughout the whole process, I felt completely confident in his skill and in the information he provided. The surgery went very well, and because of his experience, I only needed three screws and did not end up needing a plate. At my age I have been to many doctor's and Dr Hadfield is a true professional with exceptional care and bedside manor. If you are looking for a doctor, he is amazing!
EDIT: upgraded star rating. Dr. Hadfield gave a refund which was above and beyond. Also, he was always friendly and generous with his time. He seemed very knowledgeable and another patient I passed while leaving was sincerely thanking him for his assistance and reduced pain. I did not have a great experience with Dr. Hadfield. Concerns: 1. There was no track examination to determine diagnosis. No x-ray. No imaging. He didn’t even touch my feet or gave me take of my shoes 2. I had to interrupt his quick talking to ask questions 3. The way he sold insoles and pressured me into follow up visits felt profit oriented 4. He didn’t demonstrate how to do the stretches 5. He recommended I not use painkillers because they mask the pain. I asked about anti inflammation and he didn’t think that would help. ... read more
