What a great place. I've had both starters and alternators rebuilt here and he is always incredibly fast with high quality work. It's good to have a place like this nearby! The quality of new castings on alternators and starters make it worth more to keep your original piece and have the internals rebuilt. I'd recommend doing this instead of replacing the entire unit. Plus, it's usually cheaper!
Mr Pryor rebuilt an alternator for a Camry in about 2 hours. When i picked it up i was surprised to see he had taken the oxidation off the housing, cleaned all the metal parts, and painted them (even the pulley). i walked out of his shop with what looked like a brand new alternator. He shared how he has been in the business for 50 years, used to rebuild alternators for all the local parts stores.
