I had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself, Mr. Hadeed, today! I didn’t end up needing the carpet cleaning service, but the customer service and professionalism I received were exceptional. It says a lot about a company when they treat you so well even when you don’t make a purchase. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and will keep them in mind for future needs!
We've used Hadeed for 20 years so when we had a kitchen sink overflow, they were my first call. Our rugs were covered with black bio slime including black footprints from the cleanup. All our rugs were picked up 9 am the next day and fully restored. The best part is that their cheerful crew lay the rugs and pads back down so quickly and expertly. I sent my 8 x 6 Aubusson carpet to be cleaned. Hadeed washed it then hung it up by one corner to dry. It is wrinkled and no longer rectangular. One edge is curled.
Hadeed recently cleaned 3 oriental and 1 contemporary rugs for us and did an excellent job at a fair price. Arranging pickups and deliveries was very easy -- they provided an estimated time window, then called 10-20 minutes before arrival. The team that removes and reinstalls the rugs were efficient and courteous. Would not hesitate to use Hadeed again.
Be aware! Gave them my Persian rug for cleaning. When received the base of the rug was discolored. I talked to the first representative and even though she confirmed the discoloring she said it is not their fault. I called again and asked for a supervisor since the first one would not take my calls anymore. The supervisor said the same thing that they are not responsible for any damages since I signed a contract. Read the fine prints as they have covered themselves!!
