We recently moved in. The community is very nice, and the staff are attentive. Especially during our move, Angelina was very helpful and supportive with us. We are satisfied with our experience.
After living here 10 years. I've never seen any apartment go through water shut downs as this one. And the maintenance super named shawn is just so rude and always tells you he will charge for this or that when he doesn't even own the building. Now we will be without power next, heat, and water next week they just emailed us. What will happen to the food in the refrigerator? Also watch for that black older man janitor. Hes creepy and stares at women unappropriately. Everything else is ok. Have no problems with rodents or ins... read more

I have lived at Haddonview North for almost 2 years now. It’s a great building with great staff and quick maintenance. The buildings and the surrounding grounds are well maintained. There is ample parking and the location is great for those working in South Jersey. It is the best building in the area for the price point.
Very pathetic maintenance, I am staying here without water in the kitchen for more than 2 weeks, no dishwasher and water for 15 days. All of a sudden without any notice they stopped the water.
