Dr. Battula is caring and very patient with mom who is 90 years old. She asks if she is comfortable and if she needs to take a break? During long procedures she encourages her to raise her hand if she needs to stop and communicates when she is almost done.
I’m shocked by the professional standards held by this office. I was a patient here for several years, and for 90% of the appointments scheduled I was asked to reschedule or come in early. I book my schedule in advance because of my own employment, so to be asked 4, 5 times to rearrange that feels irresponsible to patient needs. The online scheduler is also is completely unreliable as each time I schedule with it I was told by staff that the appointment i made was no longer available. Lemme tell ya... I'm pretty particular with my dentist. It sometimes takes some 'fails' till you find the right place. Since moving back to NJ, I've had my share of dissappointing dental offices. After asking people I know, I finally got to Haddon Smiles. Thank goodness! Office staff friendly and keeps you informed. Dental staff full of information and positive attitude. I highly recommend Haddon Heights Smiles as an outstanding dental practice. Have been going here for 5+ years and I feel very comfortable here. Had my teeth cleaned and examined today by Heather, as well as a full exam by Dr. Battula. The entire practice has a great mix of expertise and kindness. I couldn’t ask for anything more…
