Dr. Battula is absolutely fantastic and her staff is so welcoming and accommodating! As a client with horrible anxiety, this office is the only dentist I really want to see. Her and her whole staff helped me and chatted with me through all of my anxiety. The lovely women there helped me figure out the best way to move forward with payment options that suited my situation and my insurance. best dentist (and staff) ever. i avoided dental work for years because of bad past experiences. tooth pain brought me here and I'm so glad I found this office. they fixed the issues, caught emerging problems, and recently fit me in for an urgent issue immediately, no questions asked. it's been great and I can't recommend this office enough.
I’ve had good experiences here in the past however, the past two visits have not been that great since they got a new person in the front desk. On my last visit I had to cancel my appointment I called ahead of time letting them know I was going to cancel because I didn’t want to pay the cancellation fee she told me to call an hr before when I called she asked me again to call 10 mins before the appointment to cancel so I did.
