I was supposed to tour at 8:30 am on a Saturday July 5th and it was confirmed by the woman in the office, and I received email notifications leading up to the appointment. When I got to the apartment complex on Saturday, there was absolutely no one in site. Problem is in process of being resolved. So far I am pleased.
We came in during a transition period for the Enclave and what began as a stressful situation was very quickly resolved by Khadijah who put us at ease and helped us get into our new home quickly and easily! So far we are loving the location, the unit itself is well kept, and the staff have all been very nice.
I’ve lived here for the past eight years, and in that time, I’ve witnessed meaningful improvements throughout the community. The property has become more welcoming, well-maintained, and resident-focused over the years. Our current property manager, Ms. Allison, takes pride in ensuring tenants' needs are met and is clearly committed to creating a supportive and responsive environment. This place has gone to pure hell. I've lived here 8 years and every single year it just keeps getting worse and worse. It's terrible living here now. Management has changed 100 times and it is horrible. Yes Tim was wonderful but he is no longer here and the new person is awful returning phone calls or answering emails. I have had it. Living here used to be a dream. Now it's a nightmare.
