Refused to set up an appointment for my warranty, cited my tenants do not get to get operational dryer if there’s any hospital that needs service as my warranty/ tenants and machine are not a priority for them. The secretary was rude and difficult and they aren’t providing the warranty service that I paid for and that’s included in the cost of purchasing a new dryer.
There isnt another place I would ever call for washer and dryer replacement and service. This place is amazing
