I can't begin to tell you how many times this agency has screwed me over. I tried canceling a plan with them to switch over to my partner's insurance, and they told me they would cancel it and didn't - now I'm paying double for insurance thanks to them. They're slow to response, unprofessional, and have left me paying more than I ever should have. I'm so happy to be switching off of this agency.
