Upper Marlboro district court criminal traffic case dismissed Great dismissal lawyer!!
Mr. Moschkin is a great lawyer. I only hired him the same day as my trial and he beat the whole entire case. Cased DISMISSED after he did his magic with the prosecutor for a case I caught in Laurel. Reasonable fee, great service. Made me feel much better going into court with a lawyer. Case was in Prince George's County, Upper Marlboro.

He beat my very serious DUI and DWI case in Hyattsville District Court Maryland. I foolishly blew into the machine and it was very high 0.19. BAC. Mr Moschkin argued my language was not sufficient for prosecution and the court dismissed my case.i will not be deported now and have a clean criminal record.
