Had a great experience with Anthony to trade in my Audi Q5 with high mileage and get into a used Subaru Forester. Anthony was wonderful to work with; it helped taking my kids for a test drive and comparing the Forester with an Outback. My teen daughter is looking forward to learning to drive in a super safe, reliable car with me. Business manager worked with me so I could get the monthly price I needed. They have a quiet room to wait in that was great with dimmable lighting- very sensory friendly place! Definitely recommend!
I've bought a lot of vehicles, but Haddad Subaru is the best experience I've had to date. Walked in looking for a used truck, was greeted at the door by Shane (sales rep)and 2 hours later I drove away in my dream truck. The whole team was transparent, they clearly valued my time and the facilities are very clean and nice. Would 100% recommend going to see Shane if you're looking for a vehicle.
2+ hour wait for a $100 oil change with an appointment. Not ok. Do better. Update. Haddad reported damage to my tire sidewall that needed replacement. I declined. Within hours of returning home, the tire was flat. Based on this, the damage either occurred on the way to the dealership, or at the dealership. I had no interest in pursuing a complaint due to no way to prove where it happened. The day after my appointment, I received a call from Haddad inquiring if I was satisfied with my service.
