I'd like to make a personal shout out to Erin, the office manager. I've had RA for 15 years and I've seen Dr Haddad and his PA's for most of those years. They are understanding to my situations and needs. Although certain offices/staff are more convenient, Erin has been the greatest. She personally called me on Thanksgiving and the entire week she was away while I was in the hospital, to check in on me and keep me updated with important information. But it didn't stop there. I love this Dr. and his staff! He has helped me so much and I know many Dr’s. That recommend him and friends that use him that are all very happy. I do not know who gave such a low rating - but this is not my experience!
Waited a month for first appointment, which he didn’t show up for, I was seen by one of the nurses. Second appointment a month later to go over bloodwork, I was left waiting for 45 minutes after which I was told Dr wasn’t in, but was on the way. I left and will not return.
Love this team. Love Dr. Hadad. He listen and he is aim to help and will get to the problem in your health
Dr. Haddad is one of the most knowledgeable doctors out there, he’s such a genuine guy! His staff are super helpful and phenomenal! Highly recommend
