I feel obligated to provide this unsolicited review. Yesterday I had an issue that required an electrician. I'd seen Haddad trucks over the years (in Hoboken), so called them. It was early morning, and when nobody answered after four rings, I assumed it was too early and that I should call back afer 9:00 am. I didn't leave a message. Within minutes, however, Nick called asking what was up. I described the problem and he said they'd call me back once they figured out the day's schedule and when they could fit me in. Extremely poor customer service. Driver/laborer Jason Zaitoun was extremely unprofessional and drove the work van recklessly around Jersey city. Would not recommend this contractor and please report the reckless driving. When confronted about the situation, Mr. Zaitoun went on to gloat about how his “boss” would always check with him and not take me seriously. Absolutely terrible.
