I feel obligated to provide this unsolicited review. Yesterday I had an issue that required an electrician. I'd seen Haddad trucks over the years (in Hoboken), so called them. It was early morning, and when nobody answered after four rings, I assumed it was too early and that I should call back afer 9:00 am. I didn't leave a message. Extremely poor customer service. Driver/laborer Jason Zaitoun was extremely unprofessional and drove the work van recklessly around Jersey city. Would not recommend this contractor and please report the reckless driving. When confronted about the situation, Mr. Zaitoun went on to gloat about how his “boss” would always check with him and not take me seriously. Absolutely terrible. Spoke to Nick and fortunately he assured this driver would not be allowed to man the work vans anymore. Much appreciated Nick! Keep the roads safe... read more

Had issues with my smoke detectors, these guys were recommended by neighbors in my bldg. It was easy to schedule; they were timely, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and fixed the issue….highly recommended!

I've had such a terrible experience with their service. I called them twice to come and check, but they never showed up.
