My father has phone visit schedule on 8/17/21 @ 0840 am and he never called. His staff Donna left a message the day before the phone visit schedule to remind us & she never leave a phone back number either. I emailed him about this and as of this time never received a call back- very unprofessional. Thank you for this site it looks like it his MO, never will i let my father be seen by this guy.
Save yourself the grief and stay away! They rescheduled my appointment three times, the first time I showed up to this office for a 4:30 appointment and they had already closed. They didn't even have the decency to call me by phone and reschedule. The final recommendation from Dr. Hadaya's office was to look for a different Urologist. They didn't even have the professionalism to refer me out to another Doctor. What ever happened to attending your patient and treating your patient's with dignity?
I wish I could give zero stars. Stay away from this office and this doctor. They screwed up the paperwork for a vasectomy so when I show up they turn me away and I had to reschedule for a month later. Additionally, his staff NEVER answers the phone because they are always "out to lunch." But the procedure finally got done so all good right? WRONG I now have 3 failed post vasectomy sperm results at 6 weeks, 3 months, and 5 months post procedure and am now looking for a different Doctor.
Was a good experience until after the Operation, which went good. But was told a 2 week follow-up, but it took over a Month to get an Appointment, which was for 4pm, which was moved to 5pm, because the Dr. was not available until that time, which on inquiring Why, was told He no longer was in on a regular basis ? and only part time At that location. the next available time would be 2 more weeks later. (6 weeks total wait for 2 week post operation visit) which I feel was to long a wait,
