Not focused on patient, when you have to push and advocate to get referals for ongoing issues, you know you are at the wrong place and doctor does not care, than get charged for a long visit, after waiting over an hour to get into the appointment.
Great Doctor but overall customer service has alot to be desired. Patients have to call if your late but if they are running late they refuse to contact patients out of courtesy . The vet can do it, why cant a doctors receptionist do it too.

One of the best GP's I have ever had. Very busy but still takes the time to make sure you are cared for. Very smart and thoughtful. We were very lucky he could fit us in and I am very grateful for that.
