I had a few back-and-forth emails with questions leading up to the job, and they were incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout. We worked together to find the best possible option for our place, and the end result was excellent. Their knowledge, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. I had multiple quotes and Tom was the only one that could provide a custom solution for my return air placement at a VERY fair price. He went above and beyond and made it feel like nothing was too much of a drama. His install team were very polite, respectful (took shoes off when coming inside the house), cleaned up after themselves and done a smashing job. Absolutely top-notch service! Tom and the Hacon Team smashed it. Fast response, great attention to detail, and really friendly service. It’s rare to find trades you can fully trust however these guys are it.
