I had multiple quotes and Tom was the only one that could provide a custom solution for my return air placement at a VERY fair price. He went above and beyond and made it feel like nothing was too much of a drama. His install team were very polite, respectful (took shoes off when coming inside the house), cleaned up after themselves and done a smashing job.
