They were very professional throughout and kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we understood what they were doing and that we were happy with everything. Hacon was suggested to me to look at for dealing with my Air Con. So glad I was given this referral. Tom helped in providing sound information on a new replacement system, explained pro's and con's on each system. The booking for install was done in good time. We’d been putting off replacing our old ducted air con for ages, but knew there was no way it was going to survive another hot summer. The guys were fantastic.
