Cleaning is good but carpet guy is a joke Bill Hackney is a hot head an after checking his back ground to do work at our propety we revealed he has done many years in prison for man slaughter please beware .
Very poorly run company. We never received invoices on time, they would consistently reschedule and no-show for apartment cleaning or carpet cleaning. The owner came to our property and starting throwing a fit when we asked him to show up on time for the next cleaning. He started insulting our residents and employees. Beware when dealing with this company, you are nothing but a paycheck to Bill Hackney.
