I bought a pair of earrings from another location and within a month I noticed that one crystal in each earring had fallen out and they have turned green around some of the crystals. I did email the store through their website to see if this was normal and they did get back to me asking me what my order number was to which I replied but then never heard back again.

What a ‘hidden gem’! I visited to find gifts for my mom, wife and niece.. and I found them all! Hackney Nine features a huge selection of beautiful / fashionable / designer jewellery pieces, at a fraction of the department stores price. The store team was very welcoming and I think I’m part of their family now! Lol.

Excellent service by the store clerk. She was very friendly, and explained more about the jewelry sold. The designs and variety are exquisite, and feature a wide range of necklaces, earrings, bracelets and pendants.
