I went in today with less than an hour of closing and was helped by the loveliest associate. I didn’t catch their name but I just wanted to give them a 5 star review for their thoughtfulness and honesty in assisting me with selecting a necklace, earrings, and bracelet. The store floor plan makes it easy to view all of the pieces and there are so many pieces are now on my mental wish list. The pricing is very affordable and I’m sure I will be back for Christmas gifts.
Sharlene at Hackney Nine was absolutely amazing! 😊 She helped me find the perfect jewellery and quickly sorted out an issue with my earring with such professionalism and care. All the girls here are incredibly professional, understanding, and genuinely want to help you find beautiful jewellery that meets your needs. I’m truly enjoying my pieces! I now exclusively buy my jewelry from here. Beautiful pieces, great quality for a great price (I love jewelry I can sleep in and wear in the shower without it tarnishing or breaking), and the nicest staff. The Morgan crossing store goes above and beyond with customer service… they’ve fixed my favourite necklace twice when the pendant got stuck on another part of the necklace from me wearing it all the time. This last time they fixed my necklace I noticed they put a new “hook” on the pendant so it will never happen again!
I have never felt the desire to leave a review, however my experience at this store was horrendous! I was looking to buy jewelry for my daughter and I passed by this store so I thought to take look. The girl working was tall (I would say somewhere around 6 feet) and she appeared to be south Asian. When I walked in she didn’t he say hello or welcome me, her attitude seemed like my existence bothered her, like walking into the store was inconveniencing her in some way! I was appalled.
