I now exclusively buy my jewelry from here. Beautiful pieces, great quality for a great price (I love jewelry I can sleep in and wear in the shower without it tarnishing or breaking), and the nicest staff. The Morgan crossing store goes above and beyond with customer service… they’ve fixed my favourite necklace twice when the pendant got stuck on another part of the necklace from me wearing it all the time. This last time they fixed my necklace I noticed they put a new “hook” on the pendant so it will never happen again!
I have never felt the desire to leave a review, however my experience at this store was horrendous! I was looking to buy jewelry for my daughter and I passed by this store so I thought to take look. The girl working was tall (I would say somewhere around 6 feet) and she appeared to be south Asian. What a wonderful space! Modern and fashionable jewelry at an affordable price! My stylist, Lauren, was so knowledgeable about the products and had great suggestions for pieces to wear on my next vacation as well as for everyday! Will be back!
Absolutely disappointed with my experience at this store. The customer service was beyond poor — staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like I was an inconvenience the moment I walked in. I came in ready to make a purchase, but no one seemed interested in assisting me or answering basic questions.
