*revised review - went into the shop on Main St and it was so beautiful, many more pieces and styles to choose from. I spoke with one of the employees and she was extremely helpful. I gave her the faulty earrings and she went ahead and showed me new pairs with bigger hoops as well as the original style that I had. As she was opening and closing the clasps to ensure none of the pairs I choose have the same issue, she ran into one that had the same issue and it was very helpful because I didn’t have to make another trip back. ... read more
Went into HACKNEY NINE today in hopes of finding a replacement necklace for my pendant and fell in love with this beautiful twisted necklace! The employee was super helpful and accommodating. She helped me add my charms back on with tools and was very personable which made the store super welcoming. I didn’t catch her name but she made the experience super easy and special. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice quality gift.
I went in today with less than an hour of closing and was helped by the loveliest associate. I didn’t catch their name but I just wanted to give them a 5 star review for their thoughtfulness and honesty in assisting me with selecting a necklace, earrings, and bracelet. The store floor plan makes it easy to view all of the pieces and there are so many pieces are now on my mental wish list. The pricing is very affordable and I’m sure I will be back for Christmas gifts.
Sharlene at Hackney Nine was absolutely amazing! 😊 She helped me find the perfect jewellery and quickly sorted out an issue with my earring with such professionalism and care. All the girls here are incredibly professional, understanding, and genuinely want to help you find beautiful jewellery that meets your needs. I’m truly enjoying my pieces! What a ‘hidden gem’! I visited to find gifts for my mom, wife and niece.. and I found them all! Hackney Nine features a huge selection of beautiful / fashionable / designer jewellery pieces, at a fraction of the department stores price. The store team was very welcoming and I think I’m part of their family now! Lol.
