Our downstairs AC stopped working and I called Hackney Heating and Cooling and got an appointment for the following day. The technician Matt showed up on time, did a great job on the repair, tested the fix to ensure it was working as designed and explained what had happened. He also answered all my questions and communicated effectively. We are in Arizona and not having AC can be serious problem and Hackney and Matt really came thru for us. We are very happy and highly recommend them and Matt.
Hackney Heating & Cooling was fantastic from start to finish! Their response time was incredibly quick, and they were able to address my issue right away. The pricing was very fair—especially for the quality of service—and there were no surprise costs. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and highly professional.
