Hackney did a great job for us over the phone, at 9:30pm. The system seemed to be working, however we had no fans or blowing air. He knew instantly the problem, which was a clogged drain line. The second I opened the pipe, the fans turned on and the system was fixed. Thankyou so much for your knowledge and availability!
Hackney is fantastic! We lost our AC today at 1pm. They were able to get out the same day and diagnose the problem. Instead of up selling a new unit, which I was mentally prepared to hear that we needed, we had a simple fix that just took time to diagnose. My family and I are thrilled! I've been using Hackney for years.....Drew and the gang have always been humor filled, kind, knowledgable and professional. They go out of their way to accommodate....When my AC unit went out recently after 24 years...Drew was there the same day with a small room AC to get me thru a couple of days before the new one was installed.....it was a life saver as it was over a 100º. They are the best with great prices and great service. I highly them recommend with without hesitation.
Drew’s company is amazing and they honestly go above and beyond to troubleshoot and solve HVAC issues. I’ve been going to them for years and I’ve always had the best response times, super knowledgeable people, and just overall great service, even including the telephone/front desk staff. Cannot thank Drew and the whole Hackney team enough. They were quick to respond, professional and priced extremely competitively when it came to replacing my father’s AC unit at his home. My dad is old school and doesn’t do tech much but they did such a great job I wanted to make sure they got the credit they deserve!
