It will be hard to put into words how impressed with and grateful I am for Dr. Hackney and his staff. I had not been to the dentist in over a decade and was so scared and nervous to be seen. I went into my initial consultation dreading that my only option would be extractions and dentures. This dentistry is hands down the best place I have ever been to for dental work. They are polite, professional and help make your appointment as easy as possible for you. Its been nearly 10 years now and I can safely say that I will never be using another dentistry. Straight up rockstars from top to bottom!
The administration staff is unprofessional and rude, if you need customer service training I would recommend you get that done. However, the hygienist great and dentists are decent. Either way, will not be back
