I had a horrible toothache so I was grateful to be seen but I was soon disappointed by the lack of compassion and clerical errors or people being lazy? I had 2 different insurance cards and they decided I only had one? Then proceeded to charge me a copay? They then proceeded to tell me that even though it was there mistake they were going to keep my money because they didn't trust the insurance company?? Great way to get paid twice because people will usually forget? Is this insurance fraud a little?
Updated review. Great dental office I had some scheduling issues a couple of times, but everything got worked out! Crystal is great! And so is the Dentist. :)

Just went in for my first appointment at Hackney Dental. I was super nervous as I have had not great experiences with dentist in the past. The entire staff was a very professional and compassionate. Very knowledgeable about my insurance. And the doctor and technicians were very gentle And sweet.
Tooth fell off dentures, ordered and paid for to Hackney denistry ~ I had only worn them 3 ' x ④ Hackney informed me, they no longer use that lab!!it is the patients responsibility to have repairs and tooth replacement, I belive I swallowed..? So, u hire a dentist to make dentures, you pay big bucks..but when they happen to fall apart, or not fit properly.basically, tough luck.. They charge more than any dentist in Shelton..they act like little gods..
