This dentistry is hands down the best place I have ever been to for dental work. They are polite, professional and help make your appointment as easy as possible for you. Its been nearly 10 years now and I can safely say that I will never be using another dentistry. Straight up rockstars from top to bottom!
The administration staff is unprofessional and rude, if you need customer service training I would recommend you get that done. However, the hygienist great and dentists are decent. Either way, will not be back
Dr. Travis and Dr. Kyle are each unique and make every visit so relaxed and enjoyable. The Staff is very friendly and helpful - hands down the best dental care I have ever received. Our company is very fortunate to have this excellent dental care.
I had a horrible toothache so I was grateful to be seen but I was soon disappointed by the lack of compassion and clerical errors or people being lazy? I had 2 different insurance cards and they decided I only had one? Then proceeded to charge me a copay? They then proceeded to tell me that even though it was there mistake they were going to keep my money because they didn't trust the insurance company?? Great way to get paid twice because people will usually forget? Is this insurance fraud a little?
