Nic is always friendly when delivering lab work
Initially they lost my order, then I got my bridge (finally) and it was completely ill fitting (would literally fall out). Then I had it replaced and despite being shade matched they sent me this bridge where it’s pretty obvious which is fake. I’m just glad it fits and will hope that tea/coffee brings the shade closer to my true shade. My dentist was very apologetic but I advised her to not go through this lab again.
