Hackmeyer Properties is a great management company. The administration does a great job answering questions and getting any issues that come up fixed. They have been good at coming up with solutions to the needs my company had as we grow.
I've been renting warehouse space from Hackmeyer for almost 3 years and they have exceeded my expectations. Our space is not one of the prettier ones but we knew that going in and the price reflects that. And I couldn't ask for a better management company. Tanis and Jerrica are fantastic - responsive, professional, pleasant, and always willing to work with you. Really cannot recommend them highly enough.
