I don't live anywhere near Avon but one day I found myself needing my tailgate latch repaired. Kind of an emergency situation since I work from my truck. Upon entering the building they were very friendly. He understood immediately my distress and situation and worked for about 5 minutes and voila! I was on the road and back to work. I offered to pay something but he wouldn't take it. Said "just write a review". Thanks so much for your kindness and obvious knowledge of tailgates.
By far the BEST service and fairest prices anywhere! JR and his staff are professionals and so very helpful from start to finish. They have taken care of us on several occasions and we could not be more pleased and grateful!
I've used Hackleman twice now. Both times they have been fantastic to work with. JR and Lora have been very accommodating and very honest. They're down to earth and very easy to work with. I would not use anyone else to do my work. It's nice to know that businesses like theirs are still in existence. If you need quality work that is done by people who care, use this company.
